For Companies/ Organizations	1) For the second year running, MAA Takaful had organized a greeting card project called Seribu Kenangan Bersama Takaful, whereby a colouring competition was held for the children of patients at MAA Medicare. Selected drawings are now used as designs for festive greeting cards. 2) With the corporation of MAA Medicare Kidney Charity Fund, the Persatuan Wargacinta Negara Malaysia (PENCINTA) had successfully organized a charity golf tournament at The Mines Resort & Golf Club. The purpose of the tournament was to raise funds for their nationwide charitable programmes and to purchase new dialysis machines for the benefit of kidney patients.
For Individuals	Talent / Time All of us have at least one strength or talent, if not many. What is yours? Believe it or not, your strengths and talents could be all you need to be our champion contributor. If you can paint or design, you may like to contribute your artwork for us to auction at our events or to be placed at one of our centres. Example: Awang Fadillah is a Malaysian renowned commercial artist who exhibits and sells his paintings. We supported his cause by purchasing a few of his paintings for charity. If you can write, perhaps you may want to contribute an article for our website or publication or help promote or publish our events at your workplace or college or organization. If you are good at event management or organizing, you may want to consider having an in-house fundraising effort at your organization, perhaps a flea stall or treasure hunt? If you like to bake, you could consider a Cake & Cookie sale either at your place of work or study. There is always room for creative effort by putting the word MEDIcare on the cake or with chocolate for your cookies and you would have gone the extra mile to raise awareness about the Fund by baking! If nothing above clicks, try this sure-fire way and become a MEDIcare champion fundraiser! Try decluttering your homes and wardrobes and selling off items at a garage sale over a weekend where the money raised goes to the MEDICare Kidney Charity Fund. You would have not only done your part for charity but you would have rallied an entire neighbourhood, your family and friends to do the same!
